1. Acceptance of Terms
This platform is an internal digital system operated by Khaitanji Law College ("the College") for use by enrolled students, parents/guardians, and authorized staff. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Unauthorized users are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform.
2. Access & Eligibility
Access to the platform is restricted to:
- Enrolled students of Khaitanji Law College
- Parents or legal guardians (where applicable)
- Authorized staff including teachers, administrators, and management
Accounts are assigned by the College and must not be shared with any unauthorized individual.
3. User Roles & Responsibilities
- Students: Must use the platform only for academic purposes and follow college rules.
- Teachers: Responsible for managing academic content, communication, and student records.
- Administrators: Manage system access, data, and overall platform operations.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must adhere to the college’s code of conduct. Prohibited actions include:
- Sharing login credentials
- Accessing unauthorized data or accounts
- Uploading harmful or malicious content
- Cyberbullying, harassment, or misconduct
- Misrepresenting academic work or records
5. Academic Integrity
All users must maintain academic honesty. Any attempt to cheat, falsify submissions, or manipulate academic records may result in disciplinary action as per college policies.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
The College reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, college policies, or engages in harmful activity.
7. Platform Availability
The platform is provided to support academic activities. While we aim for high availability, the College does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
Khaitanji Law College shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where the College operates.
10. Updates to Terms
The College may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
